Acknowledging Veterans' Health Week
'Get moving' is the focus for this year’s Veterans’ Health Week which runs from October 16-24.
We recognise the well-researched benefits of physical activity and we want to share with you the positive effect that physical activity has on the body and especially the mind. With regular physical activity comes a positive release of endorphins creating an improved sense of achievement and enjoyment in day to day activities.
